Shipping policy
Prepare Order for Shipment
Items purchased online will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your items has been packaged and ready for delivery you will receive an email updating your order status to “Shipped’. If there are any expected delays in the packaging time N’styl will promptly reach out with additional information. Items purchased with Expedited Shipping will be packaged and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
Time in Transit (United States)
The length of time your package will be in transit will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and distance required for travel. Typically shipments with delivery addresses within the United States will be between 3 – 10 business days. Due to Covid-19 shipments have seen added delays.
Time in Transit (Outside United States)
The length of time your package will be in transit will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and customs policies, and courier availability. Due to Covid-19 international shipments have seen added delays. Please allow up to 30 days for shipments outside the United States.
Items Arriving Damaged
If items arrive damaged please contact N’styl immediately at nstyldancewear@gmail.com. N’styl will send instructions for returning the damaged product along with replacing the damaged product.
Missing Items or Incomplete Order
Orders are checked by 2 or more staff prior to shipments to correctly ship your items as ordered. If, however, your order is missing items or is incomplete in any way, please contact N’styl immediately at nstyldancewear@gmail.com. N’sytl will respond and correct any missing items should this occur.
Lost Shipments
If you believe your order has been lost in transit please contact N’styl at nstyldancewear@gmail.com so that N'styl can assist in resolving this issue with the shipping vendor used to ship your order.
